SWICK MELON ORGANIC

Made from the Melon de Bourgogne grape but as Joe Swick says it’s not to imitate the Muscadet wine. But to show the true style of the Melon grape from Oregon. The grapes are naturally hand picked and then ferments in 8-year-old barrels with indigenous yeast for about 1 month. It then rests in the same barrels for 6 more months before bottling. The wine is unfiltered and lightly sulfured before bottling. Round and smooth with nice acid and soft citrus and tropical notes.
