A note from the winemaker: The much-anticipated re-release of our 2012 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon truly displays the power and nuanced complexity of our mountain terroir. After 5 years of aging in the cellar this wine is in full stride with savory aromas of cassis and wild rosemary that transforms into warm plum and dark cocoa with classic dusty tannins and elegant acidity on the finish. A few years in the bottle has softened the tannins and further developed the flavors creating a truly elegant and complex mountain Cabernet Sauvignon.
