Oreno, named after the river that runs through the property, is the flagship of Tenuta Sette Ponti. A Tuscan-Bordeaux blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot, aged for 18 Months in French oak. Spicy aromas of black fruit and chocolate dominate the palate. The wine is full-bodied, with supple tannins. Rated 97 Points James Suckling.
