A note from the winemaker: This Cabernet Sauvignon is reddish black in color, and opens with aromas of mixed herbs, dried plum, baking spices, cherry, forest floor, raspberry, and graphite. Bold flavors of cocoa powder, dark chocolate, and cherry cola lead to a broad, flavorful palate, with hints of sweet raspberry, cocoa, coffee, and a long finish of sweet vanilla, chocolate covered hazelnut, and sweet red fruit.

Food Pairings: Short ribs, sausage and meatballs, or baked brisket.
