This is Savage and Cooke’s 4 year-old Bourbon spiked with favorite holiday spices –cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, cacao nibs and vanilla bean. The blend of spices is steeped in the Bourbon to extract maximum flavor and integration. The mash bill is 71% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Malted Barley. Great fun sipping for the holidays – smooth sweet caramel notes backed by holiday spice notes.
