RUVERSA NERO D’AVOLA
A remarkable story of a fabulous family! Angelo Paterno started the winery after having spent a lifetime making wine and achieving many awards. He allowed his daughter Marilina to take over. Made from 100% Nero d’Avola, it is balanced, with a great mouthfeel, nice and bright acid and red berry notes with a silky, lingering presence. Only native yeasts were used. It aged for 18 months before going in bottle another 3 months.
