From RIPE: Made of fresh squeezed Valencia and Hamlin orange juice, Costa Rican pineapple juice, grated nutmeg, and Angostura bitters. An authentic Caribbean classic with a fresh twist. Try it with the traditional rum, or any aged spirit for an incredible punch.

Recipe Recommendations:

RIPE Colada:

• 1.5 oz Dark Rum
• 3 oz RIPE Tiki Sour
• 1.5 oz Sweetened Coconut Cream (or to taste)
• Grated Nutmeg
• Fresh Orange or Pineapple Slice, Cherry (or all three)

1.  Add Dark Rum, RIPE Tiki Sour, and Coconut Cream to a mixing glass.
2. Give it a good shake for 5 seconds.
3. Strain over a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a fresh orange and pineapple slice, and a cherry.  You can even add a pineapple frawn if you’re feeling fancy!

RIPE Classic Caribbean Punch:

• 1.5 oz Dark Rum
• .5 oz Ginger Liquor
• 3 oz RIPE Agave Bajan Punch
• Angostura Bitters
• Grated Nutmeg
• Lime Wheel

1.  In a mixing glass, add Dark Rum, Ginger Liquor, RIPE Bajan Punch and 3 dashes Angostura Bitters.
2.  Shake over ice.
3.  Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
4.  Top with freshly grated Nutmeg and garnish with a lime wheel.
