From the Winery: The nose displays perfectly ripe flavors of pear and melon, but there is a fleshy peach component that adds a nice dimension to the nose.  There is a touch of brioche and toast that suggest lees contact and added richness.  Minerality is represented by the wet pavement, a stony character both on the nose and the palate.  Dry and savory, this refreshing white is well balanced and offers a ton of grace and value for this price category.

Pair With: Chicken, fish, turkey meatballs, seafood, grilled vegetables.
