A note from the winemaker: Specifically selected grapes from the TEJO wine region, mostly from Quinta da Alorna but also from other vineyards planted by the banks of the Tejo river. After destalking and soft pressing, the grapes are driven directly to the press, the juice iis clarified and alcoholic fermentation begins. Continuously working from the grapes to the bottle, we maintain the strong influence of the Tejo river

Food Pairings: Paella, chili roasted shrimp, or vegetable based dishes.
