All Querceto wines are crafted solely from estate grown fruit, and organically grown!  Livia is a unique blend of two French grapes and named after the sole granddaughter in the family – who happens to be part Italian and part French. The blend is Viognier & Roussanne aged in French oak and in stainless steel tanks, with an additional two months in the bottle. It has a nice medium to full body with elegant tropical fruit flavors with nice acid at the end. It reminds us of a white Chateauneuf du Pape!

Food Pairings: Orecchiette pasta with drizzled olive oil and freshly grated parmesan cheese, pan sauteed chicken with risotto.
