From the Winemaker: Pullus Halozan is a blend of 8 different grape varieties- for those interested, they are Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling, Riesling, Furmint, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Muscat. Each grape is fermented separately in stainless steel, and the cellar master then blends the finished wines together each year to create a consistent style. Packed with aromas of ripe pear, apple, citrus and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is crisp and acidic.

Pair with: seafood, tacos, poolside sipping or the beach.
