A note from the brewery: Celestial Plume is our latest IPA, featuring a blend of Citra, Citra Incognito, El Dorado and Nelson Sauvin. The aroma pops with guava, pineapple and tangy stone fruit, while the body is smooth and rich with flavors of melon, mango and watermelon. We used a base of Pilsner malt, flaked oats and malted wheat in this NEIPA to give it a bright, hazy OJ-like appearance and a fluffy white head.
