PERLA DEL GARDA ROSE
From the winery: 100% Rebo (a cross between Merlot and Teroldego developed by Rebo Rigotti), planted on slopes ranging from 492 to 820ft above sea level. 15-year old Guyot-trained vines growing on calcareous clayey soils. Harvest is mid-August to preserve freshness and acidity Grapes are gently pressed and the juice is run off after 3 hours of skin contact; then fermented in stainless for 8-10 days, then aged in stainless prior to bottling. Bright and fresh with notes of peach and nectarine, bright acidity and a rich, savory finish.
