Castillo Ygay is always made from the best grapes of the La Plana single-vineyard, which has been in existence since 1950. Is made from mostly Tempranillo and aged for 26 months in American and French oak barrels. It has a beautifully silky, round mouthfeel full of black berries and Bin cherries rounded out by subtle notes of vanilla and coconut. Open, aerate and enjoy!
