SOUTH AFRICA

This perfumed Syrah has notes of black fruits, citrus, violets and lilies. The palate is elegant and restrained with a silky texture balanced by a fresh, natural acidity and red fruits. Fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for 11 months in French oak, of which 15% is new. It is bottled unfiltered and unfined, so you may encounter sediment. This is completely normal. Think of it like pulp in orange juice!
