Literally, one of the best Premier Crus of Givry. Founded in the 12th century by Cistercian monks, in historic Burgundy, the Cellier aux Moines was born in the 12th century by Cistercian monks. Since the 2006, the property stopped using herbicides and pesticides, returning to back to nature. Not one for points, it received 91 points by Wine Spectator. It has robust notes of plum, raspberry and tobacco. Delightful!
