A note from the producer: The color is a bright golden yellow and the nose is fresh and vibrant as expected from the folle blanche varietal. The initial aroma is sort of a resinous eucalyptus honey mix. On the palate there are elegant aromas of spices especially cinnamon spices with a hint of clove hiding within, and a creamy finish. This brandy is surprising, as it is showing a non-traditional tasting profile for brandy. It ‘s something else!
