Great blend of Shiraz, Merlot and Cab! Ripe fruits of dark cherry, blackberry and plum while a little mocha spice rounds it out. Full bodied and deep. Consists of 69% The Boxer Shiraz, 16% The Scooter Merlot and 15% The Maitre D’ Cabernet Sauvignon. Barrel fermented and matured in 97% American and 3% French oak.

Food Pairings: Steak, pork dishes, spare ribs, ground sweet sausage with risotto.
