RUEDA, SPAIN

Aged for 17 months in oak barrels. Golden yellow color, this wine shows powerful ripe fruit aromas on the nose (peach, grapefruit, tangerine) and soft vanilla and smoked hints from its contact with the wood. It is very well structured in the mouth, with a round, creamy and full-bodied palate. The finish is elegant and persistent, while also remarkably fresh and vibrant.

Food Pairings: Spanish cheese, grilled chicken with rosemary, or grilled halibut.
