It possesses an elegant style, very feminine tannins and a pleasant taste. This Langhe Nebbiolo has the style and complexity of our Barolos; its “big brother”. Preferably savored on its own or in combination with meat and game.

Food Pairings: Polenta with porcini mushrooms in a cream sauce, pasta with a sausage sauce, or braised short ribs.
