A note from the winemaker: Deep intense garnet with terracotta tinges. An evolving smoky spicy aromatic wine with well-assembled aromas of fruits of the forests, ripe strawberries, plum, black cherry and soft wafts of coconut. A soft acidity with smooth satin tannins and medium body with long lingering flavors of earthy black peppercorns.

Food Pairings: Grilled steaks, burgers, BBQ ribs, or blackened salmon.
