A favorite of Tulay’s and Wine Enthusiast magazine, this 93-point wine was reviewed as having “aromas of iris, rose and fruitcake form the nose along with a whiff of eucalyptus. On the firmly structured, full-bodied palate, fresh acidity and tightly knit, fine-grained tannins support dried black cherry, truffle and tobacco before a clenching finish. Give it time to fully unwind. Drink 2026–2036.” Divine and allocated, this is a treasure that will sit nicely in your cellar for years to come! Costa Grimaldi is one of Tulay’s favorite Barolo Crus.
