Made by Dave Phinney founder of Orin Swift with grapes from Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino & the Sierra Foothills. A blend of Petite Sirah, Barbera, Tempranillo, Syrah & Grenache. It’s barrel aged 10 months in French oak barrels. Quite intense, ripe and jammy, it almost seems sweet. It’s packed full of blueberry, milk chocolate and blackberry notes. Only lightly tannic, the acidity is soft making it easy to sip.

Food Pairings: Grilled meats or heavier full flavored vegetarian dishes.
