Notes from the winery: The wine is aged for 6 months on its fine lees, and this adds a nice texture and spicy notes to the wine. The finished product is dry, exotic, and quite delicious. Medium-bodied and fresh, this perfect white is laced with notes of freshly sliced peach, mixed citrus fruits, apricot, fennel and white flowers.
