Is it dark pink or red? A beast blend of Roussane, Mourvedre, Grenache Noir, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Picpoul Blanc, and Carignan. Superbloom is named after the wildflower that erupt in the desert after a rainy season. The red grapes give off a spicy nose and plenty of texture, while the white grapes add beautiful watermelon and rhubarb notes.

Pair with: Burgers, ribs, and chicken thighs.
