WILLAMETTE VALLEY, OR

This is a staff favorite red, especially Sammy B! A balanced Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, Oregon. It opens with bright notes of black cherry, red plum and cranberry. Subtle hints of ginger cake, orange zest, and cedar are mingled in and lead to a soft and smooth finish.

Food pairings: roasted pork loin with fennel and rosemary, grilled salmon with brown sugar and mustard, fresh vegetables, and pumpkin cookies.
