A note from the vineyard: Medium, youthful and gorgeous blue-red with brilliant transparency. In the classic Dundee Hills way, the nose begins with a nose outrageously full of Hood strawberries and subtle spice. The impact is fresh as the ocean air of the Pacific, and it feels good to drink. The mouth is juicy and full of those strawberry spice flavours and finishes long and silky with really nice structure. 

Food Pairings: salmon or other fatty fish, roasted chicken, and pasta dishes.
