Last year, Jessica and Tulay worked directly with Jefferson’s on tasting and selecting various rye whiskey barrel samples before they decided on this gem, different than ones that you might have tried. Finished in hand-selected cognac casks for an additional 9 months, its enticing rye spice notes take over the palate with additional notes of orange, peach and honey, giving a full-bodied mouthfeel, making.
