A note from the winemaker: This exceptional Blanc de Blanc is made using only Chardonnay grapes, and is a vintage champagne of the year 2019. Its color is pale yellow with hints of greenish gold. The nose is delicate, with floral dominating, as well as mint, lime, acacia, lemon and pear. The palate is open and clean, its vivacity blended with a slight vinous quality. The perfect pairing to accompany all of life’s celebrations. 

Food Pairings: Sole meunière, cheese boards, roasted chicken with vegetables or Thai food.
