From the winery: The aromatic profile shows notes of dark stone fruits layered with medium+ toasted French Oak and baking spice. The spice notes, especially cinnamon, carry over to the palate where they are joined with a bounty of juicy fruit character. As this vintage opens up in the glass an elegantly chalky texture shows itself.
