A Blanc de Blanc made from Chardonnay that comes from the 1er Cru villages of Ludes and Chigny-Les-Roses. The scent in this champagne is almost pure spring. Coming out of the glass are aromas of honeysuckle, mint, lime, apple, almonds and light bread. The bubbles are gentle and soft, with a good long finish.
