A beautiful blend of Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto it’s made in the saignée method to preserve the freshness! A fabulous representation of one of our favorite places, Piedmont. Fragrant, with notes of cherry tart, raspberry, rhubarb and a hint of strawberry.

Food Pairings: Dried salami, hard cheeses – Pecorino & Parmesan, polenta with mushrooms and Grana Padana cheese.
