GASPARD CABERNET FRANC
LOIRE VALLEY, FRANCE
Organic! From 25-60 year old vines, the grapes for the wine are hand harvested. The juice remains in contact with the skins for 5-6 weeks. The resting takes place in cement tanks. The wine is bottled lightly filtered with only a small addition of sulfur. It is soft with bright notes of raspberry, cherry and plum. The acid is light to medium making it great on its own as well with food.
