CHAMPAGNE, FRANCE

The blend is 45% Pinot Noir, 45% Pinot Meunier, and 10% Chardonnay. The base wine vintage (2018) is blended with 20% of the previous vintage (2017) and 20% from a “perpetual reserve” tank begun in 2008. As unique as they come, this Champagne is crafted and aged in oxidative style – delivering nuances of caramel, ginger, dried nuts, and earthy accents.

Food Pairings: Roasted salmon, grilled tuna, or risotto with grilled shrimp.
