So excited to be able to represent Maria Sole’s wines here. Her charm & passion are the only things that overshadow the wine which is top notch & stunning. Made organically and in a natural way. Fermented naturally, with a 15-day maceration, it spent the better part of a year in a combination of cement and steel vats. It has a fresh brightness and great depth. It is also both spicy and earthy, and its dark red fruits give you spark. No filtering so may have sediment.

Pair with: bolognese and great cuts of meat and cheese.
