Spoken by Veronique Boos-Drouhin “A seductive wine and a really nice expression of the Chardonnay grape! The color is golden, with some green reflections. Among the floral and fruity aromas, almond and ripe grapes dominate. On the palate, the wine is refreshingly pleasant, ethereal in its lightness. Long and refreshing aftertaste.”

The wine was aged partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barrels for 6-8 months. Only natural yeasts are used.

Food Pairings: Chicken noodle soup, duck breast with scalloped potatoes, grilled vegetables with a creamy parmesan cheese sauce.
