This fine is fabulous & is made by a wonderful family who focuses on organic winemaking. Lush with great bubbles, it has a nice dry mouthfeel with strawberry and raspberry notes.

Food pairings: you can’t go wrong here. It simply pairs with almost anything. Brussel sprouts sauteed with olive oil and bacon (or sans the bacon), salads, grilled salmon and pulled meat sandwiches.
