A note from the distiller:

An exceptional whisky matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, aged Tawny Port pipes and casks, exclusive to The Dalmore, which have held 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry. Aromas of exotic fruits, citrus, vanilla pods, treacle toffee and fig cake. On the palate you’ll find notes of Madagascan vanilla pods, thick treacle toffee and chocolate truffles. The finish is layered, with hints of maple syrup, dark chocolate and spiced gingerbread.
