CHAMPAGNE, FRANCE

Made from a blend of more than 100 Crus, this is an emblem of quality from Champagne Collet. An assemblage of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It has a fresh delicateness, with fine bubbles. Notes of quince, pear, apple and candied lemon, jump from the glass and tickle the senses. It has a nice sweet biscuit flavor profile.

Food Pairings: Puffed pastries, foie gras, creamy French cheeses.
