CHAVE ST JOSEPH BLANC SYBELE
The Chave family is based in a small village on the northern right bank of the Rhone and since the late 1400s the Chave name has been there. Their winemaking methods are based on traditional farming, with low yields and minimal manipulation. The family is meticulous about everything they do in the Rhône. The blend of Roussanne and Marsanne gives us a full bodied, aromatic, floral and tropical fruit flavor profile. It’s time in oak barriques adds complexity and vanilla notes!
