Aged 27 years, this rare, hard-to-find gem is ready to be opened and savored. The nose is beautiful and ripe, with notes of cassis, red fruit, smoke, leather, and oak. This is shown again on the palate, where a warmth envelops the senses, followed by sultry flavors of juicy berries, forest floor, and tobacco. There is a great acidity on the finish, followed by a hint of sweetness and soft tannins. Note: Be careful when pulling out the cork.  Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc

Food Pairings: Braised short ribs, roasted rack of lamb, or a filet mignon.
