The Blend: 90.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8.5% Merlot, 0.5% Cabernet Franc, and 0.5% Petite Verdot.

Flavor Profile: Cabernet Sauvignon is the best grape for this terroir, it brings out dark flavors of the wine, creme de cassis, black forest cake, blackberry, cigar box and earthy tones. The Merlot brings character, power and roundness to the wine, while the Cabernet Franc and Petite Verdot bring tannin structure and freshness.
