A note from the vineyard: Medium bodied with juicy strawberry fruit and a round feel up front; the mid-palate is anchored by fine-grained, satin tannins, suffused with layers of mixed berry fruit, that soften as they taper along the wine’s polished edges; macerating cherry tones build on the back-palate, driving into a persistent and refined finish alongside hints of sponge toffee, thyme and marjoram.
