Ca’ dei Zago’s current-generation winemaker Christian Zago is often referred to as the face of the “new wave” of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene growers. Yet his approach to viticulture and winemaking harken back to a century ago, long before anyone could imagine that Prosecco would one day become one of the best-selling sparkling wines. Everything here is done by hand and this Prosecco is fermented IN the bottle! It has a beautiful frothy palate with notes of lime, tangerine & green apple!  A true favorite.

Food Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, t pairs well with seafood and fresh tuna salad. Also great
with cold cuts, sauteed mushrooms and risotto.
