Each year, the variety of the barley used shapes the Scottish Barley whiskyt, and an ever-increasing range of casks are sourced to evolve the suite of flavors. Each batch of this will, by nature, be slightly subtly different, but it is ultimately the Head Distiller who develops the end result to showcase the classic, floral and elegant Bruichladdich house style. The sweet oak and barley come together sending to heighten the taste buds. A combination of ripe green fruit, brown sugar and sweet malt bring closure to this beauty!
