BILLECART-SALMON BRUT SOUS BOIS
This unique cuvée is entirely vinified in oak and made from all three Champagne grape varieties. (Premier & Grand Cru Pinot Noir and Chardonnay) It has a great nose of dried fruits, fresh citrus, coupled by finely buttered seductive notes. The palate is rich and complex and full of grilled brioche and toffee notes.
