LANGUEDOC, FRANCE

From the vineyard: Pale yellow in color, with slightly green highlights. The nose is expressive, developing white-fleshed fruit aromas (pear, peach) and citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit), complemented by light floral touches (white flowers, hawthorn). Viognier adds a subtle exotic note. The palate is lively and refreshing, marked by a beautiful minerality that recalls the influence of the sea. The attack is round and fruity, with notes of peach, pear and a hint of citrus. The finish is long, saline and elegant.

Food Pairings: Seafood, grilled fish, and summer salads. It also pairs well with light vegetarian dishes with fresh cheeses.
