The perfect sipping Vermouth!! This Vermouth Blanco is made in from with an old recipe passed down through the Acha family. It is made from a blend of a white wine and alcohol macerated with a selection of botanicals including wormwood, gentian and bitter orange. Fresh, floral aromas followed on the palate by a hint of sweetness and bitter flavor framework.

SERVE WITH: Love this to make a gin cocktail. Two ounces Cold River (gluten-free) Gin, 1 ounce Atxa Vermouth and 1/2 ounce Fiorente Elderflower liqueur with half fresh squeezed lemon.
