JUMILLA, SPAIN

Made from 100% Bobal, this is a great value red. With a ruby color, it has a gorgeous nose of cherry dust.  On the palate, the tannins. are light and meld nicely into black cherry fruit and a hint of earthiness. Nice acid making it good with food too.

Food Pairings: Ribs, steak, lamb and blackened shrimp.
