A note from the winemaker: This is Chardonnay grown on a granitic hillside in the romantic Applegate Valley. Enjoy ripe, tropical flavors with a touch of oak and none of the butter. Aging on the natural yeasts with mellow oak compliments the fruit with soft, toasty notes of brioche and tingly tannins. We farm sustainably and practice very simple winemaking; nature knows how to work her magic and we know enough to get out of her way. Pair with your favorite snacks and unwind a bit.
